critiques: For the most part, I love this game. But I’m very annoyed that I’m having a lot of issues with weekend challenge. Every time I get out of the app, it re-sets my progress and I start all over again. So unless I can get through all the challenges needed to get the enchanted character, it’s not happening. Please fix this. After the event, you can only get these characters using green tickets and they are hard to come by. I don’t want to waste tickets on a figure that I should already have. Also, I’m having green tickets disappear. This morning, I had 9 tickets, and I played 2 Diamond characters, for 10 tickets on one and 2 tickets on the other. I should have 21 tickets, but it reset back to 10 during my first Diamond character, and I only have 12. That’s a lot of tickets missing when you add up all the green tickets I’ve lost over the past 2-3 months. Enough to buy a bunch of characters from the green ticket machine. Please fix this glitch, it’s hard enough to get green tickets (there’s a finite amount I get each day) and losing them makes it even more frustrating. I’m knocking this down to 3 stars for the frustration and time wasted
